Use the app only except for customer support!

I love this app so much! Often I just go to it for fun even if I havent gotten a certain sale email. I also like how it stays logged in to my account so that I can keep things in my shopping bag for later. I adore the wish list, love list, and love it or leave it features. It is extremely user-friendly, although I wish that it was easier to click on my tracking numbers under my orders record and then copy the number to look it up with USPS or whatever.
The only time I have to go to a web browser is to start a customer service chat. By the way, their customers service representatives are wonderful!
