Beyond Terrible Update (x2)

The last update has absolutely no changes from the last one. It seems that this was just a stunt to hide the bad reviews from the app overhaul that everyone is complaining about.

Ive been a loyal ModCloth customer for over four years now (literally a walking commercial for them - Ive had strangers download the app after talking with them) and this update may make me delete the app and shop elsewhere.

I have an order in progress that I cannot track because it does not it appear in my order history - in fact all of my order history is gone. Not one single record of past orders remains. And there were quite a few.

All lovelist items and wishlists were deleted, which is especially a pain because I had items marked for birthdays of friends and family, as well as for my upcoming vacation.
Browsing has become a chore. Almost all of the close up pics are now blurry/pixilated making it impossible to examine patterns, stitching, colors and other fine details. Additionally, the app constantly resets itself to the beginning when scrolling through a category.

When I called in to check on my order (the day the update came out) I was told that they were switching platforms and to wait a few hours. It has been days and nothing has been fixed.

Finally they changed the precious blue mushroom badge icon (which to me expressed the uniqueness of ModCloth) to an incredible boring pink M. Bleh. Very much lacking in personality and style the ModCloth is known for.

All in all beyond incredibly disappointing.
