ModCloth: Shop Unique Clothing App Reviews

After three failed attempts to order clothes, I ended up deleting the app.

Been a big fan of ModCloth for about four years. The newest update though, ruined the site! Everything comes out blurry and it makes it hard to shop when you cannot focus on any items. Please fix it, because its a huge reason for me to shop elsewhere, when it hurts my eyes!

I used to like this app but after this recent update, I lost all of my purchase history, my wishlist, etc. Im so disappointed in the update and wish I had never bothered updating it.

Nothing works. My password was reset, my love list was deleted, my cart was deleted, when I try to sort items nothing is taken out, all items are shown. This app is unusable.

I have been a huge fan of this ap for a few years now and have done a lot of shopping through it. The most recent update has totally f$&ked that up. It keeps crashing when I try and do anything and all the images are blurry. This is super frustrating for me as a customer and is obviously going to impact your business as Im sure youre going to lose a lot of customers, myself included.

Please fix it.

This update has totally messed with a good thing. It doesnt display right, it says my account doesnt exist. Very disappointing. Only got 2 stars because I still love the modcloth products...for now.

This update is really frustrating and needs to get fixed. Browsing ModCloth is one of my favorite time wasting activities. It has been very frustrating that nothing works! And I had to reset my password and my access to my wishlist and my order I just made is nowhere to be found. Ugh, you should have had you ducks in a row before doing the stupid update.

Used to love this; I was just waiting for the day I could sign in with my thumbprint, and life would be complete. Instead, my entire. Account. Is. Gone. Not ok, ModCloth.

ModCloth is my favorite shopping source. But as said by many others, the new update has rendered this app unusable. First it would not accept my password and I had to use a laptop to completely change it, then when finally able to access the app, it repeatedly crashed within 10-30 seconds of opening. Please fix this asap!

This update made me delete the app. It doesnt run as smoothly as it used to. Now all the pictures are pixelated, making it hard to see details. I also havent been able to log into my account. I wish I hadnt updated it.

Lost my account info, love list, and all. Tried to remake love list, but items are all mixed up, showing wrong colors. Had a return in progress, hope thats not lost as well. New app keeps crashing. Afraid to order from them now.

I was kicked out and I cant log back in and you also got rid of the mushroom so now Im sad :(

Ive been using Modcloths app for years. Immediately following the update I can no longer log in and view my orders. Im hoping this is just a bug and theyll fix it soon. But come on dude! This is annoying!

This is my favorite place to buy clothes from--- but this update is awful. Loses data every few minutes (cart empties, clothes dont load), you cant sort by rating the way you used to be able to, and there are fewer categories to browse through. ModCloth, please fix! I miss you!

Im a loyal ModCloth customer, and I hardly ever write reviews, good or bad. But the app USED TO work amazingly well. I could search by lowest price, size, etc. When I try doing that now with the latest update, its like the opposite comes up -- items that are NOT the size(s) I selected, and are not within the price range I noted. What the heck! And, as other reviewers have mentioned, all my wish lists and loved items disappeared. Please fix this, ModCloth. I dont foresee shopping on the app anymore until its fixed.

Ugh. The app wouldnt recognize my password after the update. When I try to look at my faves list it shuts the app down. None of my measurements were saved. Also, theres no back by demand category any longer which I loved.

This is not really an update. Update implies improvement. This was definitely not that. The app crashes before I can even scroll down a full page of my love list and the pictures are so out of focus, they make my eyes hurt. So I guess this was more of a downdate.

All my order info, reviews, and wishlists are gone. :(

Ive been using the ModCloth app since 2013, and Ive never had an issue. Since this last update I havent been able to log in to my account, and when I try to check on my most recent order status, it doesnt show anything. Ive also lost all my lists and the photo quality is awful. Please fix this soon! I love ModCloth SO much, but this update is making it impossible for me to want to spend any money.
