This update is BAD

It wouldnt let me login and it wont let me reset my password and because I havent been able to access my stuff, I havent been using the app. This update is horrible. Im glad Im not the only one who has had a problem with it. Please fix the problem.

New update stinks

I updated the app in February 2017, and it stopped recognizing my account. I updated my password, and the app lost my order history and crashed repeatedly (which never happened before). I think they also changed the way you navigate some of the categories, making it harder to find some kinds of items. I still love Modcloth, but I dont love the update.

Terrible update

As soon as I updated I was no longer able to get into my account. It doesnt recognize my password anymore and Ive sent multiple requests to reset it, but Modcloth never sends me the email to do so. I have an order in the mail now and Id like to see its tracking info. Ive been shopping with Modcloth for years, but theyve been really frustrating lately- long processing time, long shipping times. Also a more minor thing, but their sales are on east coast time, but this is written in tiny print on their ads. I didnt realize this and took my time deciding on an order only to find that it ended at 6pm.

Very disappointed

The site doesnt sort sizes when asked (shows me items not available in size I want). It doesnt show sizes in the reviews. Id rather use the website. Im deleting app.

Terrible

There is nothing good about this newest update. It took about a dozen tries to get into my account with the correct login information, pages arent loading completely which causes the item images not to show up making shopping pointless, and certain items arent even showing up in the search whatsoever even if theyre still in stock. But the worst problem is the fact that with this new version, all my saved items, loved items, wishlist items and order history got erased. It tells me I havent purchased anything yet even though I made one about a week ago using the same exact account info. This is a problem considering that I would like to write reviews and exchange an item for a different size, but the item in question is one of those that the search isnt recognizing even though its not out of stock. I had no issues with the app before this most recent, completely unnecessary update. Please return to the old one instead of this god awful one. Newer isnt always better.

New update is terrible

Go back to the older version of the app- I loved that one!

Doh. Two steps back.

Updated: Fire your devs. Theres no measurable difference between 9.0 and 9.0.1! Did they fix ANY of the bugs before pushing to the App Store to re-piss off your customers. Not good, ModCloth. Dear developers, you seem to have forgotten to test your app before going live with your updates. Now filtering no longer works and therefore shopping is hard, which is lethal to conversion. Please fix and update your standard work to avoid such egregious bugs in the future. Its okay, mistakes happen. But please fix ASAP.

Sizing?

I loved this app until they updated. Where did all the measurements go? The thing that made site special was the ability to see how things fit people sized similar to you!

Why new logo?

This new logo looks wayyy too close to the gmail app!! I keep not clicking it because I think its just my email. Love the app, works great, just the new logo is questionable.

Unable to log in, pictures are blurry

Unusable app due to the update. My email and pw that Ive used to sign in a hundred times isnt working so my wishlist, love list and purchase history are inaccessible. Also all of the pictures in the app seem to have very poor resolution. I cant even use this app anymore. If there isnt an update to fix all of this soon, Im going to delete it. Its so awful, its as if the update was meant to be a sabotage because it blows my mind how it ever got "approved" or whatever goes into giving these updates the thumbs up. I used to use this app on a daily basis but Im probably going to delete it now.

Since the update I still cant view previous orders but at least me wishlist is back. Picture quality is horrible. So sad because this used to be a great app.

New update = I dont shop

The new update has taken ModCloths ease of shopping wayyyyyyy backwards. The size chart doesnt come up and when it does its shoe sizes only. How does that help when I want to buy a skirt? I click on sale items, but theres no sale items; its just regular priced items in a different order. SO FRUSTRATING!!! I cant buy anything & theres things I want to buy. ARGH!!! And whats really weird is that the photos all seem to be out of focus on the main search pages. They only get clear if you click on the item to look at it on its own. Bad update ModCloth. You need to fix it and fix it fast because you are losing a ton of business. Im not the only one whos unhappy.

Beyond Terrible Update (x2)

The last update has absolutely no changes from the last one. It seems that this was just a stunt to hide the bad reviews from the app overhaul that everyone is complaining about. ************************* Ive been a loyal ModCloth customer for over four years now (literally a walking commercial for them - Ive had strangers download the app after talking with them) and this update may make me delete the app and shop elsewhere. I have an order in progress that I cannot track because it does not it appear in my order history - in fact all of my order history is gone. Not one single record of past orders remains. And there were quite a few. All lovelist items and wishlists were deleted, which is especially a pain because I had items marked for birthdays of friends and family, as well as for my upcoming vacation. Browsing has become a chore. Almost all of the close up pics are now blurry/pixilated making it impossible to examine patterns, stitching, colors and other fine details. Additionally, the app constantly resets itself to the beginning when scrolling through a category. When I called in to check on my order (the day the update came out) I was told that they were switching platforms and to wait a few hours. It has been days and nothing has been fixed. Finally they changed the precious blue mushroom badge icon (which to me expressed the uniqueness of ModCloth) to an incredible boring pink M. Bleh. Very much lacking in personality and style the ModCloth is known for. All in all beyond incredibly disappointing.

Yup, still bad

Update did nothing to fix the blurry pics and inability to log in. Fire whoever was in charge of this rollout and get your good customers a coupon code for their trouble ASAP.

Great site, horrible app thanks to update

What on earth happened? The latest update shut me out of everything, refused to take my password even after resetting it, and wont load anything. This is horrible. I dont know what your app developers did, but you have some serious bugs you need to sort out. This used to be a simple and great app. Undo your latest update!

Glad to see my wishlist back, but hope youll still recover all order history and reviews. :( Hope this is fixed soon!

Modcloth made changes...lost my order info!!!

I called them because, first, I noticed their app icon looked different and when I clicked on the app and went to "my orders", nothing showed up! They assured me that the new app will transfer all my info within a couple of days. Well, its yet to happen and Im uncomfortable with not being able to check my shipping status since Im out of town frequently. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS!!!

Bad Update!

Not loving this update at all :(. Here are the issues Ive encountered so far: 1) My love list wont load and causes the app to crash every time 2) Order history is completely blank! 3) Images take a long time to load.

Bugged update

New update made all the pictures blurry and its rejecting my login information. Pretty hard to shop that way... hopefully they resolve that soon. (Not super fond of the new app icon either, but thats neither here nor there.)
